Waugh and Sarah Elizabeth Cornell; her husband Lynn Thatcher of Blue Springs, Missouri.; her stepchildren, Susan Murray, Phillip Thatcher and Mark Thatcher; and her siblings, Susan Oxley, Richard Waugh and Laura Waugh.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at 19402 E Holke Rd, Independence, MO 64057.
