He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lee O'Hare and Kim Stephen Kolander. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Kolander (Hambleton); his children, Rylee, Kaleb, Mia and Maisy Kolander; his siblings, Kyle, Kimberly Kolander and Melissa Davidson (Rob); and his stepmother Linda Kolander (Clinard).
