He is survived by: his wife Brenda Dujakovich; his children, Shawn (Angela Dujakovich), Holly (Adam Dill), Ben (Nicole Dujakovich), Kennedy Dujakovich (Jacob Germann) and Kaylee (Simon Higginbotham); his siblings, Steve (Kathy Dujakovich), Paula Hutton, Marty (Leslie Dujakovich) and Eileen (Steve George); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Emily, Devon, Izac, Grace, Blake, Samantha, Mariah and Jameson. He is also survived by his uncles, aunts, and cousin.
