He is survived by: his parents, Charles Fischer and Carolyn Fischer of Blue Springs, MO; his sister Lori Bragaw (Chris) of Oak Grove, MO; his wife Melissa Fischer of Blue Springs, MO; his children, Halley, Ashlynn, Carlie of Blue Springs, MO and Robert of Independence, MO; his niece Kylee Bragaw of Oak Grove, MO; his nephew Austin Bragaw of Independence, MO; and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Kolton, Arabelle, Greyson, Emberlynn and Stetson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the family for college funds for Kevin's daughters.
