He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burlington and Dorisella Burlington (Hollis); his brother Matt Burlington; and his girlfriend Patricia Laswell. He is survived by: his son Michael Laswell; his sisters, Susie Kreipe and Quilene Johnson; his grandchildren, Kelsey and Bryanna; and his daughter-in-law Angel Funk.
