She was predeceased by: her husband John Baker; her parents, Joseph Fisher and Gertrude Fisher; and her siblings, Eva Henley, Gertrude Doyle, Thelma Mowry, Carol Allen and Andrew Fisher.

She is survived by: her children, Virginia Kernes (Wayne) of Blue Springs and Floyd Baker (Teresa) of Belton; her granddaughters, Amanda Kernes, Sarah Jones (Geoff) and Shannon Brower (Jay); and her great grandchild Grant Jones of Eli Cary. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
