He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Johnson and Goldie Johnson. He is survived by: his niece Carrie of Florida; and his son Ted (Tera). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, it is requested that memorials be sent to St. Matthew Lutheran Church or Olathe Hospice House.
