He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Parish and Geraldine Parish (Stockton). He is survived by: his wife Mary Parish of Blue Springs, MO; his daughters, Kimberly Clark (Allen) of Maricopa, AZ and Kellie Cooper (Michael) of Wichita, KS; and his grandchildren, Matthew Clark, Madison Clark, Kylie Cooper and Taylor Cooper.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
