She was predeceased by: her half-brother Eugene Chisam. She is survived by: her spouse Glen Ray Lotz; her sons, Michael Glen Lotz (Kirsten Anne) and Stephen Ray Lotz; her grandchildren, Kevin Michael Lotz and Jared Daniel Lotz (Patricia Lee); and her sister-in-law Jan Lotz (Vice).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the NorthCare Hospice House.
