She is survived by: her children, Sam Smith, Julie Rich (Larry) and Bryan Smith; and her granddaughters, Amy Rich, Kelly Rich, Cortney Turrell (Mike), Tiffanie English (Jarred), Brittnee Bryan (Chase), Whitnee Smith and Sydnee Smith.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Hospice House in Kansas City.
