She is survived by: her children, Sam Smith, Julie Rich (Larry) and Bryan Smith; and her granddaughters, Amy Rich, Kelly Rich, Cortney Turrell (Mike), Tiffanie English (Jarred), Brittnee Bryan (Chase), Whitnee Smith and Sydnee Smith.
