He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tann and Rhetta Tann (Hines); and his siblings, Mary Hess and John Tann. He is survived by: his wife Lola Ann Dolores Techaira of Blue Springs, MO; his sons, Andy Tann (Yukiko Hino) of Kansas City, KS and John Tann (Pamela) of Independence, MO; his grandsons, Alec Tann of Independence, MO and Andrew Tann (Talynn) of Kearney, NE; his niece Cheri Nau of Oak Grove; and his sister-in-law Janice Tann.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to The University of Kansas Health System Neurology Landon Center on Aging or the ALS Association Mid-America Chapter in Kansas City.
