He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Smith (Melissa) of Lone Jack, MO, Matthew Smith (Jeanne) of Overland Park, KS and Christopher Smith of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Derek, Alison, Jake, Rylie, Reagan and Tyler; and his great grandchildren, Taytum and Kaden.
A Mass will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. John LaLande Catholic Church (801 NW R D Mize Rd, Blue Springs, MO 64015). A burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Mt. Olivet Cemetery (7601 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64138).
