Sandi Miller wrote a sympathy message

“To Gary's girls -- his wife, his daughters, and his foreign exchange daughters -- you were the loves of his life. Please accept my personal condolences on Gary's passing. His eyes welled up with pride and joy each time he spoke of you. My connection with Gary was through the Missouri Water and Wastewater Conference. He was a great supporter of the MWWC, through RE Pedrotti Company. I will miss his presence, his voice, and his bright orange shirt.”
