She was predeceased by: her husband Clinton Riggin; her sons, Brad and Chet Riggin; and her siblings, Cecil, Jack, Carl, Paul Howard, Phil Turpin, Ethel Branstetter and Lorene Elder.
She is survived by: her sister Fay Turpin Downey of Hallsville, MO; her daughter Kim Carlsberg; and her grandchildren, Alanda Riggin, Clint Riggin and Jerod Riggin. She is also survived by two great grandsons; and several nieces and nephews.
Freida requested memorials be made to the Disabled American Veterans organization.
