He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Simmermon; his parents, Glenn Simmermon and Bertha Simmermon; and his sister Beatrice Fitzgerel. He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Peters (James) of Lincoln, NE, Deborah Stewart (Jimmy) of Lee's Summit, MO and Julie Andrews (Wesley) of Blue Springs, MO; his grandchildren, Nathan, Jameson, Kayleigh, Jessica, Charles, Kevin and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Daemon, Tristan, Ash, Aria, Declan, Addelyn, Cannon and Charlotte; and his siblings, Rodney Simmermon (Janice), Beverly Craig, Nancy Stoyko, Eddy Simmermon and Robert Simmermon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
