She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker Owings and Ruth Owings; her husband Al Rice (Al); her stepson Kennth D. Rice; and her grandson Jeremiah L. Pulley.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Gary L. Rice (Karen) of Garrett, IN, Janet E. Samborski of Independence, MO and Janey Limke (Keith) of Yukon, OK; and her brother Wayne K. Owings (Karen) of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and many, many friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the Show-Me Christian Youth Home, P.O. Box 6, Lamont, MO 65337.
