He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon William and Freida Mabel Dobbins (Yake) of Carrollton, Missouri.; his brother Jack Edward Dobbins; and his daughters, Lana Sue Cramer and Rhonda Lea Cowick.
He is survived by: his daughter Judy Kay Frisbey (Timothy) of Buckner, Missouri; his son-in-law Thomas "Tom" Allan Cowick II of Napoleon, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Rebecca Brownette of Jacksonville, Jason Cramer of Buckner, Nathanael Brown of Sibley, Stefanie Doty of Buckner, Donald Toms of Wellington, Allan Cowick III of Napoleon and Joey Cowick of Napoleon, Missouri. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
