He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Watts and Lillian Watts (Gier); and his daughter Sandra Shahan. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Strange); his children, Kelly Cross (Mike) of Blue Springs, MO, Karen Williamson (Andy) of Liberty, MO and David Watts (Sharon) of Overland Park, KS; and his siblings, Fred Watts, Floyd Watts and Mayona Austin. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
