It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Don Furr of Blue Springs, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 82, on March 13, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Richard and Ruby Lillian Furr; his granddaughter Shelbi Lynn Landsverk; and his niece Melissa Diane Kingsley. He is survived by: his sisters, Jan (David Hall) and Becky (Bob Harris); his daughters, Donna Furr and Ginger Furr (Brandy Williams); his stepchildren, Susan Hamilton, Sherri, Bruce Landsverk, Shannon, Wes McCain, Bob, Stephanie Hamilton, Bill and Lesli Hamilton; his grandchildren, Samantha, Jessica, Michael, Alissa, Ryan, Jason, Olivia and Ashlyn; his great grandchildren, Lucy and Luna; his pets, Spike and Miss Kitty; and also Jeanne Furr. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews and multiple great nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gamber Community Center (4 SE Independence Ave, Lee's Summit, MO 64063).
