He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Williams and Virginia Williams (Marshall). He is survived by: his wife Winona Williams; his children, Doug Williams of Blue Springs and Tracy Mitchell (Justin) of Grain Valley; his sister Jane Dreisoerner (Don) of Independence, MO; and his grandchildren, Kyle Mitchell and Laura Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
