He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shaheen and Patricia Shaheen (Thomas); and his brothers, Rick Thigpen and Howard Nave. He is survived by: his sister Joyce Burk (Michael) of Goodland, KS; and his sister-in-law Sheila Thigpen of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers. Memorial contributions are suggested to Autumn Woods Group Home and may be left in the care of the funeral chapel.
