He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Emmanuel and Marjorie Mullins (Montague); and his siblings, James Robert Mullins, Charles Ray Mullins and Elizabeth Jane Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife June Mullins (Morris) of Blue Springs, Missouri; his daughters, Kara Moore (Mullins) of Lone Jack, Missouri, Debra McKinstry of Port Orange, Florida, Robin Mansfield of Pleasant Hill, Missouri and Kathy Cameron of Peoria; and his sister Margaret Reinitz of Farmington, Minnesota..
