She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Peoples and Alma Peoples (Oswald); and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her husband John W. Franklin; and her family, Shannon, Allison, Pat, Tracy, Gary, Patty, Alex, Jake, Shelby, Molly, Jo and Riku. She is also survived by her daughters, grandchildren, and countless other friends.
