He is survived by: his wife Deidra Kay Faulkner of Blue Springs, MO; his children, Dakota Michael Faulkner and Marisa Jordan Faulkner of Blue Springs, MO; his mother Delores Jean Faulkner (Sturgill) of Bowersville, OH; his siblings, Loranda "Lori" Lynn Barnhart (Rick) of Jeffersonville, OH, Dwain Allen Faulkner of Bowersville, OH and Michelle Leigh Faulkner of Xenia, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Donetta Cowman (Tim) of South Salem, OH, Danielle Webb (J. R.) of Chillicothe, OH and Derrick Daugherty of South Salem, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
