With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Jean Stobaugh of Blue Springs, Missouri, born in Eads, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Gilbert and Lenna M. Smart (Cook); her former husband Donald Lane; and her husband Kenneth Stobaugh. She is survived by: her daughter Lana Lane McCarty (Brad) of Belleville, IL; her grandson Larry Lane (Jacque) of Kansas City, MO; her stepchildren, Laura Crozier (Marvin) of Grain Valley, MO, Pamela King (Paul) of Grain Valley, MO and James Stobaugh (Tammy) of Woodland Park, CO; and her granddaughters, Katrina Gilbert, Kara Johnson (Jeff), Stephanie Lane and Melissa Lane. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
