She was predeceased by: her father Bruce Edwin Clevenger. She is survived by: her mother Roberta E. Clevenger; her brother Steven H. Clevenger; her husband James Edward Gitlin (Jim); and her child Ashley Renee.

In lieu of flowers Beth's family asks for donations to Paws 4 Autism, where Beth spent countless hours volunteering.
