She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Glen Leroy and Sarah Merle Buzzard (Nield); her son Donnie Sperry; her significant other Sherman Dunn; her sisters, Barbara Lefholz of Oak Grove, Betty Hayes of Oak Grove and Beverly Watt of Parkville, MO; and her stepchildren, Aaron Dunn, Elliott Dunn and Deborah Jones. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
