It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jo Tidwell of Blue Springs, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on December 18, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Sullivan and Dorothy Sullivan (Deckard); her husband Ralph Eugene Tidwell; and her sons-in-law, Lance Wittmeyer and Gerald Horst.
She is survived by: her children, James Tidwell (Shell) of Kearney, Jason Tidwell of Kansas City, Erica Wittmeyer of Kansas City and Julie Horst of Rayville; and her siblings, James L. Sullivan (Sue), John L. Sullivan (Shaun) of Excelsior Springs, Judy L. Davis of Blue Springs, Opal Testerman of St. Joseph, Patsey Tidwell of Oak Grove, Marie Verren (Terry) of Independence and Debra Young (Ray) of Texas.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
