It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Trevor Hale of Blue Eye, Missouri, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Mitchell DeZeeuw; and his brother-in-law Josh Ponder. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Hale of Blue Eye; his son Cameron Hale (Breanna) of Blue Eye; his grandchildren, Grayson and Isabella; his daughter Sabrina Duvall (Austin) of Blue Eye; his grandchildren, Quinn and Cody Watson of Blue Eye; his mother April Williams of Shell Knob; his in-laws, Gary and Kathy Ponder of Ridgedale; and his pet Sammy.
He had also been nationally recognized in Washington, DC for his accomplishments developing a program for the American Heart Association.
