It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliver J. Hursh of Blue Eye, Missouri, born in Chadwick, Missouri, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Hursh and Golda Hursh (Wyman); his former wife Bonnie Lawson; his stepdaughter Wendy Burns; and his siblings, Lonnie, Rawleigh, Ruby Hunsucker and Pearl Adams.

He is survived by: his wife Harriette Burns; his sons, James Hursh (Kim) and Tim Hursh; and his stepsons, Scott Burns (Julie) and William Burns (Gretchen). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
