He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena May Norris and James Patten Norris. He is survived by: his wife Sharron Norris; his children, Vickie Norris, Susan Rallo (Richard), Scott Norris (Cynthia) and Jim Norris, Jr (Patty); and his siblings, Ara Lou Kaye (Irwin) and Geary Norris (Velda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
