With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Elizabeth Ward (Blue Eye, Missouri), who passed away on December 22, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mayes and Leola Mayes; her children, Earl Turner and Harold Edward Turner; and her siblings, Floyd Mayes Sr. and Helen Marie Mayes.
She is survived by: her children, Leroy Turner of Bonner Springs, Kansas, Earlene Gundlach of Blue Eye, Missouri, John Turner of Versailles, Missouri and Charlie Turner of Belton. She is also survived by daughter Shirley Weeks of Shallotte, North Carolina; ten grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church building fund in Dorothy's name.
