He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold McCallum and Eula Marie Ward (McWhorter); his grandparents, Ted McWhorter and Gladys McWhorter; his stepfather Jerry Ward; and his sister Phyllis McCallum.
He is survived by: his pets, Buddy and Lilly; his close friend Sally McCallum; his children, Merideth Burnett, Bryce McCallum (Patty McCallum) and Kelly Rebal (Blair Rebal); his granddaughter Debra Smith (Jamie Smith); his sisters, Alice Allison (James) and Kathy Hough (Ricky); his uncle Mike McWhorter (Peggy); his brother Raymond McCallum (Zak McCallum); and his grandchildren, Nathanial Perryman, Heidi Shakirov, Nicholas Burnett and Grayson Smith. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
