It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Matthews of Bloomsdale, Missouri, born in Bonne Terre, Missouri, who passed away on September 26, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John A. Matthews; his son Jesse Matthews; and his siblings, Russell, Johnny Matthews, Sharon and Karen Matthews.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Matthews (Radford); his daughter Carrie Carr (Rick); his grandchildren, Jesse Matthews, Brandon Matthews, Taylor Whiteley and Carlie Whiteley; his mother Beulah M. Matthews (Black); his sister Donna Rawson (John); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Matthews and Lisa Matthews.
Memorials may be directed to the First Church of God in Gumbo.
