He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Schilly and Violet Schilly (Drury). He is survived by: his daughter Alice Schilly Rhodes (Sam); his grandson Samuel Rhodes Jr.; his stepgranddaughters, Stephanie Grimm (Doug) and Melissa Carter (Stephen); and the mother of his child Joyce Schilly.
