He is survived by: his wife DeeDee Jelinek of Bloomsdale; his son Matt Fox (Marla) of Tampa; his siblings, Curtis Jelinek (Angie) of St. Genevieve and Amy Rayfield (Scott) of Bloomsdale; and his granddaughters, Adriana, Olivia and Chloe. He is also survived by his family and friends.
