He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis Franklin and Sylvia Ramsey; his former wife Patricia Ramsey; his wife Lurinda "Nikki" Ramsey; and his daughter-in-law Sherry Ramsey.
He is survived by: his children, Peter Ramsey (Melanie) of Richwoods, MO, Byron Ramsey of Hillsboro, MO and Susan Schrum of Bloomsdale, MO; and his siblings, Nancy Ramsey of Fairmont, W. V., Donald Ramsey of Morgantown, W. V. and Kathy Ramsey of Seattle, WA.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
