He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Hayes (Gary) of Bloomfield, Missouri and Kathryn Jane Nickall (Steve) of Lexington, Missouri; and his brother Ray McClain of Bloomfield, Missouri. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
