She was predeceased by: her mother Shirley Evelyn Holman Zook; and her brother-in-law Rick Harris. She is survived by: her father Billy Latham Zook of Sikeston, Missouri; her daughter Natasha Simmons (Logan Huelsman) of Fisk, Missouri; her siblings, Randy Zook Zook (Regina) of Bloomfield, Missouri, Ruth Zook of Bloomfield, Missouri and Sherry Lynne Harris of Bloomfield, Missouri; and her nieces and nephews, Mellissa Moore, Sam Zook, Eric Weaver, Rikki Lewis, Jennifer Mattison, Jesse Weaver, Zack Zook, Michael Dicks, Andy Chism and Keith McGregor. She is also survived by eighteen great nieces and nephews.
