He is survived by: his father Donald Lee Weaver; his former wife Teresa Churchill; his son Eric Weaver (Austine); his wife Ruth Zook; his child Jesse Weaver (Ashley); his pets, Pumpkin and Peewee; his siblings, Theresa Faries (Cloyce), Shaundous Lutman (Carl), Lester Weaver and Brian Johnson (Kim); his child Rikki Weaver; his grandchildren, Jack Lewis and Audrey; and his children, Julia and Jasper Weaver.

He was surrounded by family at the end of his long battle with Parkinson's Disease.
