He is survived by: his children, Jim Culbertson of Bloomfield, Missouri and Cindy Griffin of Bloomfield, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Miranda Griffin, Micaela Griffin, Cody Blake, Will Culbertson, Morgan Culbertson and Conner Culbertson. He is also survived by his wife and parents.
