He is survived by: his wife Kathy Oliver of Bloomfield, Missouri; his children, Randy Allen Oliver Jr. of Dexter, Missouri, Jason Oliver of Dexter, Missouri and Robin Polley of Dexter, Missouri; and his sisters, Kim Clifton of Marble Hill and Kathy Williams of Scott City, Missouri.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
