She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie W. Pruett and Mary E. Osborn Pruett; and her siblings, Clodina, Velda, Edsel, Loren and Carman.
She is survived by: her son Michael Cox (Tina); her grandchild Micah Shackelford (Preston); her great grandchild Ella Louise Shackelford of Henderson, TN; and her siblings, Freda Waggoner and Cletus Pruett (Sharon) of Dexter, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
