He was predeceased by: his parents, Eural Cecil Fowler and Elsie Stafford Fowler; and his brother Gerald Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Garner; his children, Kenneth Brian Fowler of Texas, Jeremy Bradford Fowler of Springdale, Arkansas, Bridgett Miller of Davis, Jennifer Fowler of Bloomfield and Rebecca Wheelis of Bloomfield, Missouri; and his siblings, Darell Fowler of Sikeston, Missouri, Thelma Adams of Sikeston and Pamela Clary of DeWitt, Nebraska. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
