He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Fuqua and Eva Kilmer Fuqua; and his brother Michael Fuqua. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Williamson; his children, Luke Fuqua (Alison) of Bell City, Missouri, Jeri Ann Fuqua of Bloomfield, Robyn Dellacca (Ben) of Autryville, Angela Paige Fuqua of Zalma and Lori Lee Robinson of Dexter, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Carson, Lennon, Zoey, Gracie, Dominic, Gavin, Jace, Laith and Preston.
