He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bostic (Phillips); his children, Chris Bostic of Lexington, Billy Phillips of Bloomfield, Michael Phillips of Dexter, Shawn Bostic (Jemia) of Lexington, Tennessee, Amy Simmons of Brazil and Brandy Phillips of Dexter, Missouri; his siblings, Dale Bostic (Joyce) of Bloomfield, Darrell Bostic (Pat) of Idaho and Gayla Brookman of Virginia; and his friends, Johnny McCulley, Clayton McNeil, Steve Shipley and Tony Cullum. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
