He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Metcalf and Maida Ruth Lewis Metcalf; and his brother Richard Dale Metcalf. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jackson; his children, Jared (Aubrie Metcalf) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Christi (Marty Bass) of Dexter, Lori (Billy Anderson) of Dexter and Hailey (Brandon Strickler) of Fisk, Missouri; his siblings, Perry (Betty Metcalf) of Advance, Earl (Marcia Metcalf), David (Diane Metcalf) of Bloomfield, Missouri, Loretta Green of Dexter, Judy (Francis Sommers) of Puxico, Becky Stephens of Dexter and Elwanda (David Pullum) of Dexter, Missouri; his grandchildren, Ayden Bass, Brooke Anderson, Hailey Anderson, Emma Strickler and Madisyn Strickler; and his great grandchild Declan Snider.
