He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Floyd Crump of Bloomfield; his children, Clifford Simptkins Jr. (Jenny) of Bloomfield, David Simptkins (Sarah) of Dexter and Misty Reynolds of Bloomfield; his siblings, Kenny Briley of Tennessee, Clarence Briley of Tennessee and Irma Fodge of Benton; and his grandchildren, Raelyn, Reagan, Journee, Jansyn, Kaylee, Landon and Henry.
