He is survived by: his children, Randy Zook (Regina) of Bloomfield, Ruth Zook of Bloomfield and Sherry Harris of Bloomfield; and his siblings, Chalvas Zook of Wappapello, Missouri, Delphia Houghland of Columbia, Dathol Barksdale of Sikeston, Linda Ivy of Sikeston and Brenda Watson of Poplar Bluff, Missouri. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
