She is survived by: her husband Wayne Lewis; and her children, Peggy Hunt of Scottsville, Kentucky, Larie Burdine of Idalia and Tony Burdine of Bloomfield. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren; two sisters.
